Pipette Calibration

• Piston operated devices (1 µL – 100 mL)

The volume of  piston operated devices (burettes, dispensors and pipettes) is determined by gravimetric method in accordance with the ISO 8655 standard.

Laboratory Glassware Calibration

• Volumetric glassware (1 mL – 10 L)
• Pycnometers (1 mL - 100 mL)
• Proving tanks (5 – 1500 L)
• Standard graduated glass flasks (10 L)

Laboratory glassware, such as single channel pipettes without graduation, graduated measuring pipettes and pipettes with a partial or full graduation, burettes, measuring flasks and graduated measuring cylinders, is calibrated according to the ISO 4787 standard, whereas pycnometers are calibrated In accordance with the ISO 3507 standard.

Proving tanks and standard graduated glass flasks, used as standards for fuel, are calibrated according to an internal procedure, based on OIML R120 and OIML R43 guidelines, respectively.
